In this return policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luxury Life Jewelry (Canada) Ltd BN#730461142

You can return your goods to us for the following reasons:

– if the product is defective, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. Depending on the fault, we can repair the product, replace it or refund the money

In order to return your item please contact our customer support team at info@luxury-life.ca to initiate a return. You will need to include your order number, contact details and reason for the return.

Return your items via shipping or post:

– all return charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) delivery.

– you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product until it is delivered to us, you must include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email with the package and send the return package to:

– we will not reimburse any costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us, including any delivery or insurance costs, if the goods are not defective.

How we evaluate and process returns:

All returns are subject to inspection and evaluation by Luxury Life Jewelry team. Returns and refunds will only be made in accordance with any applicable consumer protection laws and the Luxury Life Jewelry Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Refunds will only be made to the debit/credit card or financial account used for the original purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price provided that:

– you return the product within 31 days of purchase (or delivery in the case of online orders)
– the item is in its original new condition and is accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging

“Original new condition” means that the product has not been worn; item must be in perfect condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. Luxury Life Jewelry decides whether an item meets the definition of “original new condition”.
