Where can I find the order number?
You will receive an order confirmation containing your order number upon purchase, as well as, an email with further details.
What is the term of the gift certificate?
Each gift certificate is dated upon purchase and will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
How does the coupon work?
Upon registering on our website you will receive promotional emails that would include coupons. The coupon is valid for a certain period of time. Once received you can apply the coupon at the check out when placing your next order.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, send us an email to info@luxury-life.ca. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MDST time zone. Make sure to include the order number and any related information when contacting us. Our company will cancel the order if it had not been shipped yet and issue a refund to the current payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.
